Moscow Technological Institute Registration Requirements (User Agreement)

1. Hereby I express my agreement on the processing of my personal data which I submitted during the admission process to educational programs of the non-state educational establishment of higher professional education Moscow Technological Institute “World Technological University”, registered office: 117804, 8/23 Kedrova street, Moscow. (hereafter - the Institute)

2. Within the framework of this agreement under the term “personal data” is understood: Personal data submitted by the Client consciously and voluntarily while filling in the Application for an educational program at the site of the Institute mti.edu.ru: (particularly: surname, name, father’s name (if any), the year of birth, the Client’s educational qualifications, the chosen educational program, city of residence, telephone, e-mail).

3. Generally the Institute does not verify the validity of personal data provided by the Client and does not exercise control over its relevance. However, the Institute proceeds from the premise that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the questions offered during the registration and keeps this information up-dated.

4. The Institute gathers and retains only such personal data that is necessary for admission to an educational course at the Institute and for arranging educational services (the implementation of agreements and contracts with the Client).

5. The gathered data enables the Institute to send information to e-mails with a view to organizing the admission to the Institute, structuring the educational process, sending important notifications, e.g. about the change in the provisions, conditions and policies of the Institute. Such information is also necessary for the immediate informing of the Client about all changes in conditions and structure in the process of education and admission to the Institute as well as about upcoming offers, near-term events and other activities of the Institute. Mail-out and information messages are used for all these purposes as well as for identifying the party within the framework of agreements and contracts with the Institute, contacting the Client, including sending him/her notifications, queries and information pertaining to the services as well as the processing of queries and applications from the Client.

6. While working with personal data of the Client, the Institute is guided by the Russian federal law №152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On personal data”.

7. The Client may refuse at any time to get information via e-mail by sending a letter to: mti@mti.edu.ru. It may also be done at any time with a single click on the link “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the letter.

8. The Institute takes all the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures so as to protect personal data of the Client from arbitrary or accidental access, deletion, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions on the part of third parties.

9. The legislation of the Russian Federation is to be applied to this Agreement and to relations between the Client and the Institute emerging during the execution of this Agreement.

10. Hereby the Client confirms that he/she is over 18 and accepts the conditions set out in the text of this Agreement as well as gives his full and voluntary consent to the processing of his/her personal data.

11. The present Agreement regulating relations between the Client and the Institute is valid for the whole period of rendering Services and the Client’s access to personal services on the Institute webpage.

1.1. Limited liability company “MBS”, registered office: 119334, 38A, Leninsky avenue, Moscow

1.2. Limited liability company “MBS Consulting”, registered office: 119331, room 520, 29 Vernadskogo avenue, Moscow.

1.3 Non-profitable private establishment of continuing professional education “Moscow Business School - Seminars”, registered office: 119334, 38A Leninsky avenue, Moscow.

2.
