Production Management

Production companies and corporations form the basis of Russian and World economy. Management of industrial enterprises requires highly qualified professionals able of solving industrial, administrative, organizational and other complex tasks.

Students of this program learn:

  • history, philosophy, logic, law, sociology, psychology, foreign language, business communication, economics;
  • mathematics, statistics, information technology, research management systems, operations research, systems analysis, methods of decision-making.

During the educational process, special attention is paid to studying such disciplines as: management theory, operations management, strategic management, financial management, human resources management, project management, investment analysis, etc.

The program includes special disciplines, such as:

  • organization and management of production, logistics, business planning, innovation management;
  • organizational design, financial and economic activities analysis, quality management, risk management, change management.

Elective courses of study: pricing, economics firm, knowledge management, information technology enterprise resource planning, brand management, financial markets and institutions, etc.

Upon completion of the program graduates will be able to:

  • analyze prospects of production organization and development, development of new technologies and products, modernization or expansion of production capacity;
  • conduct research economic efficiency of production, planning and organizing the implementation of measures to optimize production processes;
  • develop and analyze business plans projects development of productive capacities;
  • plan, organize and control activities of the production processes of the enterprise.


Upon the completion of the training, graduates of this program work successfully in large, medium and small industrial companies and enterprises in the industrial and technological, economic planning departments and services, prospective development and strategic management departments; consulting companies, investment companies and financial institutions involved in various services, companies implementing functions of:

  • specialists in production, analysts, consultants;
  • heads of departments and projects.

Duration of studies:
from 3 to 4.5 years.

Eligibility Requirements
Diploma of (full) secondary education (11 classes) or diploma of secondary vocational education (technical school or college). Availability of United State Exam results, upon request.

After completing you studies of «Production Management» program and successful defense of graduation project you will get a standard bachelor’s diploma of Russian Federation, as well as European Diploma Supplement.
