Complex and constantly developing logistics management systems are used for handling that. The advanced knowledge of the master’s program will allow managers to achieve leading skills and competence ensuring their businesses competitive advantages.

Students of this program learn:

  • modern problems of management, foreign language, philosophy and methodology of scientific research, the research of management systems, institutional and managerial economics;
  • management research methods, modern corporate analysis, corporate finance, organization theory and organizational behavior.

There are some basic elective courses available for studying, such as: mathematical models in management, the informational technologies of business process management.

The program embraces special disciplines, such as:

  • general logistics, warehouse logistics, procurement logistics, transport logistics;
  • innovation management, quality management.

The program includes the elective courses, such as: lean manufacturing, project management, informational systems in logistics.

Upon completion of the program graduates will be able to:

  • perform the operational and strategic management of procurement processes, supply, transportation of material objects;
  • solve complex problems of logistics processes and systems;
  • organize the efficient processes of logistics operations documentary support;
  • manage logistics complexes, corporate transport and storage infrastructure.

Upon the completion of the training, graduates of this program work successfully in large, medium and small companies and enterprises with advanced procurement and distribution processes, in logistics departments, purchase, transport or marketing departments, professional logistics companies (operators) as:

  • directors, heads of departments and divisions, senior professionals.
