The success of small and medium businesses depends on the ability to generate and support the growth of sales. One has to achieve it by non-trivial approaches and the application of professional skills in the spheres of Management, Marketing, Economics and Entrepreneurship.

  • Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Management Systems, Operations Research, Systematic Analyses, Methods of Management.

Specific attention is paid to: Management Theory, Innovative Management, Accounting and Analyses, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Business Processes Management, Investment Analyses, etc.

Specialization disciplines include:

  • Operation Management, Strategic Management, Business Processes Modeling, Logistics, Business Communications, Introduction into Advertising, Quality Management;
  • Introduction into Entrepreneurship, Analyses of Company’s Financial Activity, Taxes and Taxation, Business Planning.

Elective courses of study: Organizational Planning, Information Systems of Project Management, Design of Goods and Services, Change Management, Leadership, Price Formation, Metrology, Standardization, Certification, etc.

Upon completion of the program graduates will be able to:

  • analyze, organize, optimize and develop the system of sales and promotion of production and entrepreneurial structures;
  • implement and develop new technologies of shaping demand and stimulating sales;
  • apply and coordinate the projects on brand management, loyalty raise, advertising and PR-campaign.

Job placement

Upon graduation students can successfully work in entrepreneurial entities, small and medium businesses in the Departments of Production and Technology, of Projects and Programs, of Development. They can also work in the framework of separate projects, in consulting and training companies focusing on the spheres of Project and Process Management in the positions of:

  • experts of description and optimization of business processes;
  • experts of Project Management;
  • business analysts;
  • projects’ leaders and coordinators.

Program duration:
from 2,5 to 4,5 years.

Admission requirements:
Certificate of Secondary Education (11 classes) or a diploma of secondary vocational education (college or training school).

Upon graduation and the defense of the final project students receive:

  1. Russian state-recognized Bachelor’s Degree Diploma;
  2. Internationally recognized Bachelor of Business Administration Diploma and a pan-European Diploma Supplement in English. The documents do not require additional translation or certification for production to foreign organizations.
