The BBA program allows to master the skills needed to improve the existing compensation practices, which are aimed at achieving both greater efficiency and gains in business performance.

Students learn:

  • history, philosophy, logic, law, sociology, psychology, foreign language, business communication, economics;
  • mathematics, statistics, information technology, management systems’ research, operations’ research, systems’ analysis, methods of decision-making.

Specific attention is paid to: the theories of management, project management, innovation management, accounting and analysis, financial management, business process modeling, investment analysis, etc.

Specialization disciplines include:

  • human resource management, strategic management, business process modeling, logistics, business communications, advertising basics, quality management;
  • basics of business, financial and economic analysis of business, tax and taxation, business planning.

Elective courses of study: development and training, conflict management, personnel management strategy, organizational design, leadership, employment law, business, regulation and remuneration, the basics of document management, etc.

Upon completion of the program graduates will be able to:

  • organize and perform tasks for recruiting, selection, evaluation and staff development within business structures;
  • develop and organize the implementation of personnel policy and strategy in the field of human resource management;
  • plan and implement projects in training, team building, certification training, organizational development;
  • develop and implement motivation systems, improve staff loyalty;
  • organize personnel document processing in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Job placement

Upon completion of the training, graduates can successfully work in business organizations, small and medium-sized enterprises in the departments of personnel, training and development; in consulting, training, research and analysis companies and recruitment agencies as:

  • HR specialists, training and organizational development, recruiters, analysts, consultants;
  • heads of departments and personnel training and development projects.

Program duration:
from 2,5 to 4,5 years.

Admission requirements:
Certificate of Secondary Education (11 classes) or a diploma of secondary vocational education (college or training school).

Upon graduation and the defense of the final project students receive:

  1. Russian state-recognized Bachelor’s Degree Diploma;
  2. Internationally recognized Bachelor of Business Administration Diploma and a pan-European Diploma Supplement in English. The documents do not require additional translation or certification for production to foreign organizations.
