Upon completion of the program graduates will be able to:
search for new market opportunities in the restaurant industry, develop and present business plans of new projects;
organize restaurants, cafes, bars, coffee shops and other catering establishments «from scratch» and carry out the development of existing structures;

Certificate of Secondary Education (11 classes) or a diploma of secondary vocational education (college or training school).
Upon graduation and the defense of the final project students receive:
Russian state-recognized Bachelor’s Degree Diploma;
Internationally recognized Bachelor of Business Administration Diploma and a pan-European Diploma Supplement in English. The documents do not require additional translation or certification for production to foreign organizations.
