Elective courses of study: Organization of Construction Production, Financing of Construction, Introduction into Budgeting, Construction and Law, Building Design, Construction Materials, etc.
Upon completion of the program graduates will be able to:
look for new market opportunities on the construction market, come up with and present business plans of new businesses;
create new construction companies «from the scratch» and develop the existing companies;
plan, organize and control operational processes in construction; manage the investment and construction projects;
organize the financial support of construction projects;
create effective communications with clients, designers and other actors of construction projects.
Upon the graduation students successfully work at construction companies of various scales, in the departments of Technology, Planning and Economy, Strategic Development in the positions of:
experts and department leaders, project leaders;
from 2,5 to 4,5 years.
Certificate of Secondary Education (11 classes) or a diploma of secondary vocational education (college or training school).
Upon graduation and the defense of the final project students receive:
Russian state-recognized Bachelor’s Degree Diploma;
Internationally recognized Bachelor of Business Administration Diploma and a pan-European Diploma Supplement in English. The documents do not require additional translation or certification for production to foreign organizations.
